Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with the E-commerce regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Zid platform requirements. Please review our policy below:

1. Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of order delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • Unopened

    • In its original condition

    • With original packaging and all accessories

  • Sterile, consumable, or medical disposable products cannot be returned once opened or used due to health and safety regulations.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a store error.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • If the exchange is due to:

    • A defective product

    • Incorrect item sent

    • Manufacturing defect
      The store will cover all shipping costs.

  • Opened sterile or sensitive medical products are not eligible for exchange.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sterile medical products once opened.

  • Single-use medical supplies.

  • Personal care products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If a damaged or incorrect product is received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

  • The issue will be resolved through replacement or refund at no additional cost.
