1. Returns

Sterile, consumable, or medical disposable products cannot be returned once opened or used due to health and safety regulations.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a store error.

2. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a damaged or incorrect product is received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
